Most journals are now available both online and in print. However, a large portion of those journals come with a high price for access. Here are some journals with free or guest access.

The Directory of Open Access Journals currently lists over 4000 peer-reviewed (translation: they're legit scholarly material) journals freely and openly available online. No logins, no fees, all major academic subjects, and in a variety of languages.
